Multimedia Designer (Brand, Social & Web)

About the role

We are looking for a versatile Multimedia Designer to bring Mud Club’s brand to life across social media, web, and marketing channels. This remote, full‑time position focuses on creating engaging digital content that reflects our mission to support neurodivergent youth through gaming‑based therapy.

Key responsibilities

• Design graphics, carousels, promotional posts, thumbnails, and short‑form content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Interpret and execute the content calendar, collaborating on campaign concepts and visual storytelling.
• Create marketing assets including flyers, decks, digital ads, banners, and email graphics.
• Develop website graphics, landing‑page visuals, UI assets, and promotional web content while ensuring mobile and web performance.
• Edit short‑form videos and motion graphics for social media and assist with cross‑department creative projects.
• Maintain consistent branding, visual quality, and adapt designs for each digital channel.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and digital/social media work.
• Experience designing for social media platforms and digital campaigns.
• Excellent understanding of typography, layout, branding, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills in a fully remote environment.
