Senior Graphic Designer (Remote)

About the role

Glow and Bellesa Boutique are two sexual‑wellness brands that share a design‑first mindset. As a Senior Graphic Designer you will create brand‑forward visual work for both brands, shape art direction, design engaging emails and bring the brand world to life across digital and print media.

Key responsibilities

• Translate complex brand and digital briefs into structured, actionable plans with the channel owner and Head of Design.
• Lead art direction on campaigns from concept through final delivery.
• Lead website design projects, handling UX and UI from wireframes to handoff.
• Create bold, intuitive digital and print experiences that reflect the brand.
• Build and maintain scalable design libraries.
• Present work clearly and confidently to internal teams.
• Collaborate closely with developers for smooth handoff and production.
• Contribute to creative strategy, storytelling and visual direction.
• Mentor junior and mid‑weight designers and freelancers.

Required profile

• 5+ years of digital design experience in a creative studio or similar environment.
• Portfolio demonstrating bold, effective work across email, web and brand for DTC or lifestyle brands.
• Strong typography design and elevated brand sensibility.
• High proficiency with Figma, including complex components and systems.
• High proficiency across Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Passion for experimenting with new tools, techniques and workflows.
• Curiosity for AI‑generated imagery and new design technologies.
• Experience designing responsive interfaces and applying accessibility best practices.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects, stay organized and meet deadlines.
• Commitment to communication, low ego and collaborative team culture.
• Deep care for craft – pixels, pacing, storytelling and details.
