About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Secretary to join our healthcare team on site. In this position you will provide essential administrative support to medical professionals, ensuring smooth daily operations and high-quality patient interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage patient appointments, referrals, and follow‑up communications.
• Maintain accurate medical records and handle confidential information in compliance with privacy regulations.
• Coordinate correspondence between physicians, patients, and external partners.
• Prepare and process billing documents, insurance forms, and other administrative paperwork.
• Assist with the organization of clinical schedules and resource allocation.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
• 2 to less than 3 years of experience in a medical administrative role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work on site with a collaborative team.
