About the Position
Join Innovaderm, a leading dermatology clinic, as a Medical Secretary & Administrative Support Specialist. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our clinical site, ensuring seamless daily operations and delivering an exceptional patient experience within a high-standard medical environment.
Main Missions
- Patient Coordination: Manage front-desk reception, handle multi-line phone calls, and optimize appointment scheduling to ensure smooth clinic flow.
- Clinical Support: Assist in clinic preparation, accompany patients during their visit, and manage biological samples with strict adherence to protocols.
- Administrative Management: Oversee medical records, handle incoming/outgoing mail, and provide essential administrative support to clinical research units and other departments.
- Financial & Compliance: Execute billing processes accurately and ensure all activities comply with healthcare regulatory standards.
- Operational Efficiency: Maintain organized filing systems and support the overall operational excellence of the dermatology clinic.
Profile Required
- Proven experience in medical secretarial work or administrative support in a healthcare setting.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong focus on patient care and empathy.
- High level of organization and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Strong attention to detail, especially regarding medical records and biological sample handling.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and comply with medical regulations.
