About the role

Monarch MD Medical Aesthetics is seeking a confident, polished Medical Sales Representative to join its front‑of‑house team in West Vancouver. This patient‑facing position blends sales, hospitality, administration and relationship management within a physician‑led clinic that offers aesthetic, wellness and hair‑restoration services.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with patients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate aesthetic treatments.
• Drive product and service sales while maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Manage bookings, follow‑up appointments and maintain accurate patient records.
• Collaborate with clinicians and staff to ensure seamless patient experiences.
• Track sales performance and contribute to monthly or quarterly bonus targets.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication skills.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in a customer‑facing environment.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and comfortable taking ownership of patient relationships.
• Ability to work onsite in a fast‑paced clinic setting.
