Medical Admissions Advisor – Toronto

About the role

We are looking for a Medical Admissions Advisor to join our Toronto team. In this position you will deliver one‑on‑one consultations to prospective students interested in our Doctor of Medicine (MD) and Pre‑Med programmes, assess their academic background and career aspirations, and guide them through the application process.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to prospective students daily via telephone and email.
• Conduct one‑to‑one consultations to identify and understand each student’s needs.
• Provide consultative advice, recommending programmes that match individual goals.
• Coach and mentor applicants through every stage of the MD application, helping them strengthen their candidacy.
• Collaborate with students, applicants, and families to explain admission requirements, academic programmes and student life.
• Manage applications from initial inquiry through submission and support post‑application processes.
• Maintain conversion rates from lead to pre‑evaluation, pre‑screen to application, and application to enrollment.
• Deliver professional written and oral communication throughout the admissions journey.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to assess academic records and career objectives.
• Experience providing tailored guidance to prospective students.
