Mechanical Design Engineer – R&D and Medical Devices

About the role

We are seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to join our R&D team focused on medical instruments and devices. The role involves researching, designing, and validating mechanisms and systems that support innovative healthcare solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies and performance analysis of mechanical components and systems.
• Plan, manage, and document projects, including material, cost, and timing estimates.
• Prepare detailed design specifications, reports, and risk‑management plans.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and prototype medical devices.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in research and development, design, or medical device engineering.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Excellent oral and written communication, organized, and a proactive team player.
