About the role
The Managing Supervisor will lead the daily operations of our dental laboratory, ensuring high‑quality service delivery and efficient workflow. This position reports directly to senior management and plays a key role in maintaining standards and supporting staff.
Key responsibilities
- Direct and control daily laboratory operations, monitoring performance and quality.
- Evaluate operational processes and implement improvements.
- Plan, control, and monitor the budget and expenditures.
- Review budgets and spending to keep departments within funding limits.
- Establish and enforce policies and procedures for health‑care service delivery.
- Hire, train, motivate, and supervise staff members.
- Manage contracts with suppliers and service providers.
- Oversee data analysis and the preparation of operational reports.
- Coordinate the work of doctors, nurses, and other laboratory personnel.
Required profile
- College diploma or equivalent experience.
- 2–3 years of experience managing laboratory or health‑care operations.
