Family Physician

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Family Physician to join our multidisciplinary team in Calgary. You will provide comprehensive primary care to diverse patient populations in a hybrid clinic setting.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with other medical practitioners to evaluate patients' physical and mental health.
• Prescribe and administer medications and treatments.
• Inoculate and vaccinate patients to prevent and treat diseases.
• Participate in health‑care policy and planning.
• Deliver babies and provide pre‑natal and post‑natal care.
• Advise patients on health‑care options and lifestyle choices.
• Report births, deaths, contagious and other diseases to government authorities.
• Coordinate primary patient care and supervise home‑care services.
