About the role
The Massage Parlour Manager will oversee all daily operations of the spa, ensuring high-quality service and efficient business performance.
Key responsibilities
- Direct and control daily operations.
- Evaluate daily operations and implement improvements.
- Plan and organize daily activities.
- Establish policies and procedures for staff.
- Plan and control budget and inventory.
- Manage contracts for advertising and marketing strategies.
- Hire, train and supervise a team of over 20 employees.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns promptly.
Required profile
- 2 to 3 years of relevant management experience.
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- Ability to supervise more than 20 staff members.
- Client focus with strong oral and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational judgement.
- Fluency in Mandarin or Punjabi is an asset.
