Marketing Project Manager

About the role

An Insight Global technology customer is looking for a Marketing Project Manager to join the Americas Field Marketing team. This fully remote position supports sales‑driven revenue targets by designing, managing, and executing demand‑generation programs across national and regional markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute virtual and face‑to‑face marketing campaigns, including webinars, trade shows, and executive events.
• Collaborate with regional field marketing managers, digital, solutions, customer, and global events teams to align program deliverables with pipeline goals.
• Manage program budgets, timelines, and reporting from inception through final analysis.
• Support Field Marketing Managers with program execution to achieve lead‑to‑opportunity conversion.
• Maintain detailed documentation and ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery of all initiatives.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of experience as a project or program manager in a marketing or technology environment.
• Proven ability to align closely with sales and marketing teams to create demand‑generation and pipeline‑building programs.
• Experience leading cross‑segment projects, from concept to reporting, including high‑touch executive events.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and comfort working in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.
• Excellent communication skills with internal and external executive stakeholders.
