Marketing Production Manager – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Production Manager to lead the execution of digital marketing assets for top‑tier brands. You will coordinate a remote‑first team of designers and developers, ensuring that display ads, motion videos, web experiences and extended services are delivered on time and to the highest quality.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the end‑to‑end production pipeline for display, rich media, video and web projects.
• Collaborate with internal designers, developers and external agency partners to translate creative concepts into production‑ready assets.
• Maintain project timelines, budgets and quality standards using ClickUp and other project‑management tools.
• Communicate progress and issues clearly with clients such as Spotify, Google, Microsoft and other global brands.
• Manage versioning, repurposing and resizing of assets across multiple channels.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing digital production for agencies or in‑house marketing teams.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
