Marketing & Operations Assistant (Remote, Part‑Time)

About the role

We are seeking a sharp, organized Marketing & Operations Assistant to support our Project Manager and Operations Lead. This hybrid, remote, part‑time position blends social‑media management with marketing assistance, focusing on content execution, campaign coordination, and internal workflow optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Narrative Content Producer to align podcast episodes and brand narratives with trend‑driven and evergreen content.
• Write captions, structure hashtags, and adapt tone‑specific messaging for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Substack, and YouTube.
• Research platform‑specific trends and propose timely adaptations that match each client’s voice.
• Maintain multi‑platform content calendars in ClickUp, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategy.
• Upload, schedule, and label posts using Metricool, and optimize performance through visual QA and timing adjustments.
• Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Wispr, and Perplexity for ideation, campaign messaging, and workflow enhancements.
• Provide weekly updates and insights in Slack and ClickUp, including performance metrics and strategic recommendations.

Required profile

• Highly organized with a strong eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple editorial processes.
• Creative thinker who can translate trends into original, resonant content.
• Self‑starter comfortable taking initiative and adapting quickly across clients and formats.
• Fluent in digital culture and social‑media dynamics.
