Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Our client, a well‑established real estate development and construction company in Calgary, is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of marketing strategies across digital, social, and project‑based channels. This full‑time, in‑person role offers the chance to work closely with sales, design, and construction teams while collaborating with external vendors and creative partners.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating, presenting, and implementing project‑based and corporate marketing plans.
• Write and proofread website copy, social posts, email blasts, ads, blogs, and other marketing materials.
• Coordinate social media channels, maintain content calendars, produce engaging copy, and analyze performance metrics.
• Support HubSpot CRM data quality, automations, analytics tracking, and sales team training.
• Help manage Google and Meta ad campaigns and generate platform reports.
• Provide hands‑on support for sales, marketing, and community events, including on‑site coordination and post‑event follow‑up.
• Assist with marketing accounting duties such as PO processing, invoice management, budget monitoring, and credit‑card reconciliation.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of marketing experience in real estate, construction, or a related field.
• Diploma or degree in Marketing from a recognized institution.
• Strong writing, proofreading, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of Western Canada’s real‑estate markets.
