Manufacturing Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to design and optimise manufacturing systems within an electronic, electrical or aerospace clean‑room environment. The role focuses on improving production efficiency through the integration of computer networks, robotics and material handling.

Key responsibilities

• Design manufacturing systems that maximise the use of computer networks, robots and materials.
• Evaluate industrial facilities to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
• Develop flexible and integrated manufacturing procedures and standards.
• Create maintenance schedules, programs and standards to ensure equipment reliability.
• Produce detailed reports on system performance and improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing system design or industrial engineering.
• Strong analytical judgement, organisational skills and ability to multitask.
• Excellent oral and written communication, with a focus on accurate technical documentation.
• Team‑player attitude and adaptability to a fast‑changing environment.

Required skills

• Experience designing manufacturing systems and integrating robotics.
• Proficiency in developing maintenance standards and schedules.
• Ability to assess industrial facilities and produce technical reports.
