Managing Director, Global Markets

About the role

The Managing Director, Global Markets will serve as the senior commercial voice of T‑RIZE Group, reporting directly to the CEO. This executive will own revenue generation, capital formation, and the firm’s most strategic client relationships worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead institutional capital formation by leveraging an existing network of allocators, family offices, and strategic corporates.
• Originate, negotiate, and close high‑value contracts, mandates, and cross‑border partnerships, including nine‑figure deals.
• Represent the firm at panels, executive forums, boardrooms, and institutional media engagements.
• Collaborate with regulated broker‑dealer distribution partners in the US and Europe to drive product distribution.
• Guide the firm’s growth within the tokenized financial assets market and its federated learning/AI infrastructure business.

Required profile

• Extensive senior‑level experience within a major financial institution.
• Proven track record of closing landmark deals and raising capital at scale.
• Deep network across New York, London, and other major financial centers.
• Ability to operate as a direct extension of the CEO and influence high‑level stakeholders.
