Manager, Strategy Pricing & Interchange

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Strategy Pricing & Interchange to lead pricing and economic analysis for its Services business. The role partners with global and regional product teams to shape pricing strategy, ensure governance, and deliver insights that drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders, including pricing committees and product leads, to align pricing initiatives.
• Coordinate monthly pricing pipeline updates and consolidate reporting across Services.
• Develop key performance indicators that link internal economics with customer revenue patterns.
• Centralize the three‑year pricing forecast and produce management‑ready presentations.
• Support the analytics and modelling team in creating pricing models and economic drivers.

Required profile

• Strong analytical rigor and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience in pricing strategy, economic analysis, or related financial functions.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and communicate findings to senior leadership.
• Proven track record of managing complex pricing projects in a global environment.
