Manager, Strategic Sourcing

About the role

The Manager, Strategic Sourcing leads bank‑wide sourcing initiatives for an assigned category portfolio. Working closely with senior business unit leaders, the role drives improvements in quality, innovation, and service levels while centralizing supplier selection across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with business leaders to align sourcing strategies with enterprise objectives.
• Collaborate with Business Unit and Operations leaders to understand spend drivers and achieve required support levels.
• Manage category performance across business segments, overseeing market assessments, RFP processes, contract negotiations, and supplier management.
• Identify and capture total cost of ownership (TCO) savings through volume leverage, demand management, and innovation.
• Consolidate contract information, drive contract renewal strategies, and reduce redundant agreements.
• Facilitate Top‑to‑Top supplier meetings and act as escalation point for enterprise‑wide supplier issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategic sourcing or procurement within a large, complex organization.
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross‑functional initiatives.
• Excellent analytical skills to assess spend data and develop cost‑saving opportunities.
• Demonstrated track record of managing supplier relationships and contract negotiations.
