Manager, Recruitment – Early Talent

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Manager, Recruitment – Early Talent to lead our campus hiring initiatives across the Greater Montreal area. In this strategic position you will shape the employer brand on university campuses, build pipelines of emerging professionals, and support the firm’s growth ambitions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of campus recruitment professionals, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Set regional priorities and execute the national campus recruitment strategy to attract top emerging talent.
• Act as a trusted partner to regional leaders and HR, aligning recruitment initiatives with business needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with universities, faculties, professors and career centres to increase visibility and sustain talent pipelines.
• Design and deliver creative employer‑branding events and candidate experiences on campus.
• Manage the regional campus recruitment budget, ensuring disciplined investment and measurable ROI.
• Track performance metrics and use data‑driven insights to refine recruitment strategies.
• Represent the firm at national campus recruitment events and attend key local events, including occasional evenings and weekends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience managing a team, preferably in campus recruitment, talent acquisition or talent management.
• Background in a professional services environment or fast‑paced, high‑volume recruitment setting.
• Proven ability to influence and build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adaptable to diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational abilities with capacity to manage multiple priorities.
