About the role
The Manager, Partner Interconnections leads a team responsible for the financial and operational management of Interconnections & Power Calls (I&PC) projects. Reporting to the Senior Manager, this role ensures accurate setup, tracking, billing, and reporting of costs, revenues, and recoveries across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Lead a team of Analysts and Coordinators to set up I&PC studies and projects in SAP, track progress, and close them.
- Coordinate external billing, process invoices and payments, and report on financial performance.
- Support annual budgeting and re‑forecasting for Joint Use recovery billing.
- Process inter‑company recovery billing with TELUS using the Joint Use Administration System (JUAS) and update forecasts.
- Handle revenue billing for third‑party licensee agreements using the Distribution Analysis and Design (DAD) system.
- Maintain financial scorecards for the Joint Use Operating Committee and manage purchase orders related to I&PC delivery.
- Develop and enforce guidelines for consistent work delivery and advise on financial aspects of Joint Ownership and Use Agreements.
- Identify resource needs, recommend staffing changes, and foster collaboration with Finance, IT, and other business units.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing finance‑focused teams in a telecom or utility environment.
- Strong understanding of interconnection agreements, joint use contracts, and billing processes.
- Excellent analytical abilities and experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Competitive salary range of $109,700 – $138,700 CAD per year.
