Manager, Global Learning

About the role

The Manager, Global Learning leads the design, delivery, and assessment of undergraduate Study Abroad, Exchange, and International Programs at UBC Sauder School of Business. This senior position provides both operational and strategic direction to ensure high‑quality, globally‑focused learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, manage, market, and evaluate the portfolio of Study Abroad and Exchange programs, including the Vancouver Summer Program, Social Entrepreneurship, LIFT, and GNAM initiatives.
• Provide strategic leadership for program growth, alignment with academic goals, and partnership development with global institutions.
• Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and reporting for all international program activities.
• Collaborate with faculty, students, alumni, and external partners to enhance program relevance and impact.
• Lead a team of staff, ensuring high service standards and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Significant experience in higher‑education program management or international education.
• Proven leadership and strategic planning abilities.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and partnership development skills.
• Excellent communication and analytical capabilities.
