About the role
Supra Academy is seeking a dedicated Soccer Coach to lead and develop its competitive programs in Vancouver. The role involves planning training sessions, creating schedules, and preparing athletes for competition. The coach will also analyze performance data, provide feedback, and support athlete development pathways while maintaining a safe and competitive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage competitive soccer programs.
- Develop well‑planned schedules and training plans.
- Plan, develop, and implement practice sessions.
- Motivate and prepare athletes or teams for games and events.
- Analyze and evaluate performance of athletes and teams.
- Observe and assess prospective athletes’ skills.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 2 to less than 3 years of coaching experience.
- Basic security clearance.
- Reliability and ability to work as a team player.
