Manager – Collections Campaign and Strategy

About the role

Enercare Inc. is seeking a strategic, data‑driven Manager to lead collections campaign and strategy across the customer lifecycle. The role oversees early‑stage collections, delinquency management, write‑offs and recoveries while optimizing multi‑channel engagement to improve financial performance and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute end‑to‑end collections strategies for early‑stage collections, delinquency, write‑offs and recoveries.
• Develop and refine multi‑channel contact plans using SMS, email, IVR, live calls and agency outsourcing.
• Manage dialer configuration, performance monitoring and uptime to maximize contact and recovery rates.
• Forecast inbound/outbound volumes and create workforce planning models.
• Translate AR and collections data into executive‑level insights and recommendations.
• Own budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis for the collections function.
• Implement risk segmentation to reduce delinquency and increase recoveries.
• Lead UAT and ensure operational readiness for new systems and workflow enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to align initiatives with business goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in collections strategy, accounts receivable performance and customer delinquency management.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience forecasting volumes and building workforce planning models.
