Manager Business Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Manager Business Consultant to lead consulting engagements for our clients in Toronto. The role is hybrid, requiring presence in the downtown office at least two days a week, and focuses on driving business transformation, process optimisation and strategic improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end consulting projects, ensuring delivery on scope, budget and timeline.
• Analyse current‑state processes, identify gaps and design scalable solutions.
• Conduct process mapping, root‑cause analysis, KPI definition and performance optimisation.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to define future‑state processes.
• Manage and mentor consulting teams, allocate resources and provide coaching.
• Develop proposals, respond to RFPs and support revenue growth.
• Provide strategic insights, drive digital transformation and create reusable frameworks.
• Communicate project status, risks and outcomes to senior client stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT or related field (MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in consulting, professional services or a relevant industry.
• Proven track record of leading complex transformation initiatives.
• Strong client‑facing and stakeholder management skills.
