Maintenance Technician – Residential Communities

About the role

CLV Group is seeking a hands‑on Maintenance Technician to support day‑to‑day operations of residential properties across Ottawa, including downtown, Vanier, and the west end. The role focuses on timely maintenance, repairs, and resident support to ensure safe, attractive, and well‑maintained communities.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to routine and urgent maintenance requests from residents promptly and professionally.
• Perform general maintenance, repairs, and adjustments to building systems, suites, and common areas.
• Support the upkeep and safe operation of property amenities, fixtures, and equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and necessary repairs.
• Assist with seasonal property operations, including snow removal.

Required profile

• Working knowledge and professional experience in residential maintenance and light renovation tasks.
• Understanding of residential building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and heating.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
