Maintenance Technician I – 3rd Shift

About the role

Cintas is looking for a Maintenance Technician I to join the 3rd‑shift team at an industrial laundry facility. You will support the upkeep of critical equipment and ensure safe, efficient operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with repairing, maintaining, installing and troubleshooting washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyor systems and boilers.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance tasks.
• Identify and resolve safety concerns.
• Carry out indoor and outdoor housekeeping duties.
• Monitor inventory supplies and keep accurate maintenance records.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience repairing industrial processing equipment (industrial environment or military).
• Ability to read maintenance literature in English.
• Experience reading blueprints.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to stand up to 7 hours during an 8‑hour shift.
• High School Diploma/GED required; boiler knowledge, HVAC experience and welding skills are preferred.
