Maintenance Support – Full‑Time

About the role

We are seeking a Maintenance Support team member to provide essential maintenance, facilities management, and hospitality services for senior residents in Prince Edward Island. The role involves performing basic maintenance tasks, interacting courteously with residents, and responding to after‑hours emergencies.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with residents in a professional manner, address concerns, and minimise disruption during maintenance activities.
• Communicate effectively with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• Perform seasonal outdoor maintenance and routine indoor repairs (painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC).
• Work flexible hours and be on‑call for after‑hours emergencies.
• Operate a company‑owned vehicle safely and lift/push/pull equipment as required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in maintenance, facilities management, or a related field (preferred).
• Valid Class 5 driver’s licence and ability to operate a company vehicle.
• Basic computer skills and ability to work under pressure.
• High attention to detail, professionalism and discretion.
