Maintenance Manager

About the role

Eagle Heavy Duty Parts Inc. is seeking a proactive Maintenance Manager to oversee the upkeep of its machinery, equipment, and facility systems in Winnipeg. You will lead a team responsible for ensuring reliable operations, safety compliance, and efficient service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Direct maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, and equipment systems.
• Plan, organize and manage the facility’s operations budget.
• Coordinate administrative services such as cleaning, signage, parking, safety inspections, security and snow removal.
• Prepare and administer sales contracts and related documentation.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Generate reports and statistics on maintenance activities and performance.
• Organize and maintain inventory of spare parts and supplies.
• Train customer staff on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Resolve product and service related issues promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, pressure‑filled environment handling heavy loads.
• Strong oral communication, organization, accuracy, judgment and punctuality.
