Machine Operator – Glass Line

About the role

We are seeking a Machine Operator to work on our Glass Line, supporting the production of insulated glass units. The role requires solid knowledge of glass types, sealed‑unit assembly processes and safe product handling.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to ensure high quality and efficient production.
• Use required personal protective equipment for safe glass handling.
• Identify and report materials that do not meet quality standards.
• Complete quality‑related documentation accurately and promptly.
• Maintain a clean, clutter‑free work area and manage waste and dust daily.
• Follow all injury‑prevention policies and procedures.
• Operate insulated glass (IG) lines and keep equipment in good condition.

Required profile

• High school diploma.
• Comfortable working with metric (mm) and imperial (inches) measurements.
• Ability to identify different types of glass and read specification sheets.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English.
