Lot Manager – Automotive Dealership

About the role

The Lot Manager position at OpenRoad Mazda Port Moody is a full‑time, on‑site role responsible for maintaining the dealership lot, ensuring vehicles are clean, organized, and ready for customers. Compensation ranges from $19 to $22 per hour.

Key responsibilities

• Keep all vehicles clean, washed, vacuumed and ready for delivery or display.
• Maintain day‑to‑day presentation of inventory, including signage and vehicle tracking.
• Supervise, motivate and schedule Lot Associates and Carwash staff.
• Organize the lot, move vehicles as needed, and deliver cars to customers.
• Greet customers professionally, direct them to appropriate personnel, and report any issues with used vehicles to the Pre‑Owned Manager.
• Follow safety policies, report accidents promptly, and perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and high quality‑control standards.
• Ability to work effectively against deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Above‑average communication skills and a professional, positive attitude.
• Capability to collaborate with Service Advisors, Parts Advisors, and Technicians.
• Valid British Columbia driver’s licence (manual and automatic) with a current driver’s abstract.
