Lot Associate – Part‑Time

About the role

The Lot Associate supports the sales and service teams by ensuring vehicles are ready for customer delivery and maintaining a clean, organized lot. This part‑time position offers hands‑on experience in an automotive retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect and start all vehicles, check batteries and recharge as needed.
• Wash and detail vehicles after service tasks and keep showroom cars spotless.
• Maintain inventory in a neat, orderly fashion and keep the lot free of debris.
• Report any equipment, supply or safety concerns to management promptly.
• Assist with winter lot maintenance – shoveling, sanding and clearing snow and ice.
• Transport customers and move parts, personnel or paperwork as requested by sales or service managers.
• Follow safety policies and report accidents immediately.

Required profile

• Valid British Columbia driver’s licence with a clean abstract.
• Ability to work cooperatively with team members and follow directions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
