Lot Associate – Automotive Lot Management

About the role

The Lot Associate works in the Sales department of OpenRoad Audi Boundary, handling vehicle movement, lot organization, and customer interactions. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures vehicles are ready for delivery and the lot remains safe and presentable.

Key responsibilities

• Transport, start, and charge vehicles; check batteries and ensure they are operational.
• Maintain a clean, orderly lot and showroom, washing vehicles after service and keeping the area free of debris.
• Assist customers with vehicle transport and provide courteous, professional service.
• Report safety concerns, equipment issues, and hazardous conditions to management promptly.
• Support other departments by delivering parts, paperwork, and personnel as needed.
• Perform seasonal duties such as shoveling, sanding, and clearing snow and ice from lot areas.

Required profile

• Valid British Columbia driver’s licence with a clean abstract.
• Ability to work cooperatively with team members and follow safety policies.
• Strong attention to detail and high quality‑control standards.
• Capability to meet deadlines and make sound decisions in line with job functions.
