Long Haul Truck Driver

About the role

We are seeking a professional long haul truck driver to join our transportation team. The role involves driving as part of a two‑person crew or convoy, handling lighter and special‑purpose trucks, and transporting goods across international routes.

Key responsibilities

• Drive straight or articulated trucks to move goods and materials.
• Load and unload cargo, handling loads up to 23 kg (50 lb).
• Obtain and manage special permits and documentation for international transport.
• Perform pre‑trip, en‑route, and post‑trip inspections, including brake adjustments and preventive maintenance.
• Transport and handle dangerous goods in compliance with regulations.
• Communicate information to central dispatch and ensure accurate record‑keeping.

Required profile

• Valid Class 1/1F/A licence for semi‑trailer trucks.
• Ability to work on‑site with physically demanding tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Team‑oriented, reliable, and able to manage a heavy workload.

Required skills
