Long Haul Truck Driver (Bilingual)

About the role
We are seeking a bilingual long haul truck driver to transport goods across various locations. The role involves extensive travel and requires a commitment to safety and reliability on the road.
Key responsibilities
- Load and unload goods safely and efficiently.
- Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to deliver materials.
- Inspect vehicle condition, including tires, lights, brakes, and cold‑storage equipment.
- Perform pre‑trip, en‑route, and post‑trip inspections.
- Communicate with central dispatch, relaying information and updates.
- Record cargo details, hours of service, distance travelled, and fuel consumption.
Required profile
- Bilingual ability (English and French).
- 1 to less than 2 years of driving experience.
- No formal degree or certificate required.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work on the road.
Required skills
- Truck operation (straight and articulated).
- Vehicle inspection and maintenance awareness.
