Logistics Clerk

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics Clerk to join our Etobicoke facility. The role involves managing the receipt, verification, and recording of raw materials and finished products, as well as handling shipping and storage functions. You will work the day shift (7:00 am‑3:00 pm) in a fast‑growing food manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Verify incoming shipments against invoices, orders, COA, and bills of lading.
• Maintain the department database, generate routine reports, and file shipping/receiving records.
• Check‑in inbound inventory, process documentation required by regulatory bodies, and trace internal transfers.
• Use the ERP/WMS system to sort, count, identify, and track all materials, ensuring accurate inventory records.
• Log receipts and inter‑branch transfers, investigate discrepancies, and advise management on cycle‑count issues.
• Process shipping transactions, including picking, staging, loading sales orders, and monitoring returns and holds.

Required profile

• Availability to work the day shift (7 am‑3 pm).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow regulatory documentation procedures.
• Experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP/WMS inventory management systems.
