LLM Developer Senior Analyst

About the role

Accenture is building its Generative AI and LLM Center of Excellence and seeks a senior analyst to design and deliver large-language-model-based solutions. In this role you will translate business roadmaps into technical architectures and create cutting-edge AI applications that process and generate natural language.

Key responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end Generative AI products, applications and solutions aligned with specific business needs.
• Design, customize and implement LLM-based applications using open-source frameworks such as A2A, MCP, Semantic Kernel, LangChain and Llama Index.
• Integrate LLMs into existing products and services while ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and data‑privacy regulations.
• Analyze performance of Gen AI systems and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Make technology choices and prototype reusable components for generative AI solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in AI and large-language-model consulting or development.
• Deep understanding of the evolving Generative AI and Agentic stack.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and architecture.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate system performance and guide design decisions.
