About the role
We are seeking a compassionate live‑in caregiver to provide daily support and companionship to seniors in a private home in Burnaby. The role combines personal care, household assistance, and health‑related tasks in a supportive, family‑like environment.
Key responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor health status.
- Assist with regular exercise such as walking.
- Help with feeding or assist during meals.
- Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and mend clothing or linens.
- Provide personal care, including bathing and grooming.
- Shop for food and household supplies and prepare nutritious meals.
- Offer companionship and emotional support.
Required profile
- CPR Certificate.
- First Aid Certificate.
- Clear criminal record check and references.
- 1–2 years experience in senior or disability care.
