License Administrator – Calgary

About the role

AVEVA is seeking a proactive License Administrator to join its Commercial Operations team in Calgary. You will be responsible for handling license and order requests, ensuring smooth processing and accurate record‑keeping.

Key responsibilities

• Process orders and license requests for the Commercial Operations group.
• Collaborate with team members to manage all incoming orders and licenses.
• Monitor and respond to daily email requests related to licenses.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of all orders and licensing activities.
• Provide support for additional order and license tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Effective teamwork and collaboration skills.
• High energy, drive, and commitment in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics AX, Oracle, or Salesforce is a plus.
