About the role
We are seeking a Legal Secretary to support our legal team in Surrey. The role involves managing correspondence, court documents, and administrative tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate the flow of information, open and distribute incoming regular and electronic mail.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, arrange travel itineraries and make reservations.
- Maintain filing system and manage payroll.
- Record and prepare minutes of court sessions, meetings or conferences.
- Prepare financial statements, reports and legal documents, proofreading for compliance.
- Review and format page presentations.
Required profile
- Secondary (high school) graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 2 years of relevant experience in a legal or administrative setting.
Required skills
- MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Office suite.
- Adobe Acrobat Reader and Zoho CRM.
- Windows operating system.
