Leasing Professional – Niagara Falls

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for a community in the Niagara Falls area. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention targets while delivering a high‑quality leasing experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate any maintenance needed, and ensure apartments are move‑in ready.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, and maintain resident data.

Required profile

• Experience in leasing or property management with a focus on occupancy and revenue goals.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to build resident satisfaction.
• Knowledge of local market conditions and competitive landscape.
• Ability to follow company policies on concessions, specials, and marketing programs.
