About the role
The Property Rentals Manager will oversee the rental and leasing activities for Homecare Realty Ltd.'s portfolio in Calgary. This role involves negotiating lease agreements, supervising support staff, and ensuring that all property operations run smoothly and meet owners' expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Negotiate and approve rental or lease agreements on behalf of property owners.
- Hire, train, and supervise operational, clerical, and maintenance staff.
- Prepare and manage contracts for property services such as maintenance and repairs.
- Coordinate implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovation projects.
- Monitor progress and costs of work, providing regular updates to owners.
- Compile and maintain records of operating expenses and income, preparing financial reports.
Required profile
- Strong client focus and dependability.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage a large caseload.
