Learning Development and Technology Coordinator

About the role

The Learning Development and Technology Coordinator supports Interior Health’s Learning Management System (LMS) to deliver high‑quality training across the organization. This full‑time, term‑specific position works closely with subject‑matter experts, instructional designers, and external partners to ensure learning initiatives are accessible, compliant, and aligned with digital health strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the LMS Coordinator to configure, deploy, and maintain the LMS, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and digital health systems.
• Provide expert‑level support to LMS users, handling inquiries and processing learning development requests.
• Partner with instructional designers and SMEs to optimise course structure, system capabilities, and interactive features.
• Develop and enforce standards for LMS content, including accessibility, communication policies, and learning design guidelines.
• Test and make minor revisions to e‑learning modules using Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise.
• Conduct regular audits of LMS content to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Lead projects that enhance LMS functionality and support continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Experience in LMS administration or e‑learning development within a health‑care or large‑organization setting.
• Strong collaboration skills with instructional designers, SMEs, and technical teams.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
