About the role
We are looking for a reliable Kitchen Helper to join our restaurant team. The role involves preparing simple dishes, assisting with service, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. This position is ideal for candidates with 1‑2 years of experience who enjoy fast‑paced food service.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, heat and finish simple food items according to recipes.
- Serve customers at counters or buffet tables and take orders.
- Clean and sanitize work surfaces, cupboards, appliances and equipment.
- Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers and storage areas.
- Remove kitchen garbage, sweep, mop, wash and polish floors.
- Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruit.
Required profile
- 1 to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen or food‑service environment.
- Ability to work on‑site and follow health‑and‑safety standards.
- Good physical stamina for standing, lifting and moving supplies.
