About the role

Join our kitchen team in Victoria and help prepare the food guests love while keeping the kitchen running smoothly. This hands‑on position is ideal for energetic individuals who enjoy a fast‑paced environment and want to develop valuable culinary skills.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare A&W menu items following food safety and quality standards.
• Cook burgers, fries, breakfast items and other products efficiently.
• Assemble orders accurately, even during busy periods.
• Keep workstations stocked, organized and running efficiently.
• Restock fridges, freezers and ingredient stations.
• Monitor food levels and communicate needs to the team.
• Follow all hygiene, sanitation and food safety procedures.
• Clean and sanitize equipment, counters, prep surfaces and utensils.
• Assist with dining‑room, restroom and exterior cleanliness to maintain a positive guest experience.
• Collaborate closely with cashiers, supervisors and other team members.

Required profile

• Energetic, reliable and enjoys hands‑on work.
• Pride in doing things right and maintaining high standards.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willing to learn new skills and help where needed.
• Available to work 15–40 hours per week, including days, evenings and weekends.
