Key Holder – Retail Team Leader (Ottawa)

About the role

Lindt is seeking an energetic Key Holder to support the Ottawa store team in delivering magical chocolate experiences. The role blends leadership, customer service, and operational duties to keep the shop running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the manager on duty, open and close the store using the key.
• Support team members to meet daily sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Welcome customers, answer product questions and handle returns professionally.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and execute in‑store activations.
• Perform inventory duties such as stock replenishment, receiving and coordinating corporate gifting orders.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system accurately.

Required profile

• Proven retail sales or customer‑facing experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Passion for chocolate and a customer‑first mindset.
