Key Account Manager – Coffee (Hybrid, Mississauga)

About the role

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a senior Key Account Manager to lead coffee‑related sales initiatives across western Canada. Based in Mississauga, this hybrid position blends strategic account management with hands‑on execution of pricing, promotions, and new‑product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen relationships with Agency Partners and customers in western Canada.
• Create and execute sales plans that meet profit and revenue targets, using customer insights and market opportunities.
• Introduce and launch new coffee products at points of sale.
• Manage budgets, prepare forecasts, and align sales activities with corporate goals.
• Coordinate banner priorities, promotions, and product launches with Agency Partners.
• Prepare presentations, business reviews, and sales reports to identify growth opportunities.
• Use internal data and market trends to advise on customer growth strategies.
• Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain to design effective promotional plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
• 7‑10 years of key‑account management experience in the CPG industry.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Self‑motivated, dynamic, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as ACD and EX Focus.
