About the role
Plexxis Software is looking for a motivated junior software developer to join its Langford/Victoria office. The role is fully onsite and requires the candidate to live within commuting distance of the office.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to the design, implementation, and delivery of user interfaces, APIs, and business control logic.
- Learn to build stronger, more reliable software through hands‑on experience.
- Collaborate and communicate with a highly capable development team.
- Develop the ability to recognize valuable problems and devise effective solutions.
Required profile
- Enjoy working with people and being part of a team.
- Focused, supportive, and driven to succeed.
- Comfortable working independently when needed.
- Passionate about coding and eager for challenges.
- Basic understanding of programming concepts.
