Junior Data/Business Integration Specialist & Reports Developer

About the role

The successful individual will analyze customer business requirements and processes, collaborate with internal and external teams, and ensure accurate migration, validation, and analysis of client data. This full‑time position is based in our Langford/Victoria office and requires on‑site work.

Key responsibilities

• Enter, format, import, and analyze data while validating its accuracy.
• Design, develop, test, and implement Oracle Forms/Reports programs, including user interfaces and data source integrations.
• Collaborate with designers, programmers, and customers to create optimal solutions across Plexxis products.
• Investigate, document, and resolve reported defects and provide training and support to internal users.
• Assist in writing and correcting payroll and job‑costing reports.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and mathematical aptitude.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Eligibility to work in Canada.
• Ability to focus on detailed tasks while maintaining a project‑wide perspective.
