Junior Site Superintendent – Residential Construction

About the role

Seymour Pacific Developments Ltd. is seeking a Junior Site Superintendent to support the day‑to‑day operations of a multi‑family residential construction site. This position offers the chance to work alongside an experienced Site Superintendent, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing site operations, coordinating trades and subcontractors.
• Monitor construction progress, identify and address issues or delays.
• Participate in site meetings, contribute to planning and scheduling.
• Ensure work complies with company policies, safety standards, and building codes.
• Support quality control and documentation on‑site.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in 4‑storey wood‑frame, multi‑family construction.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership, decision‑making, and ownership.
• Effective negotiation, diplomatic, and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Willingness to travel across multiple site locations.
