Junior Sales Associate – Alberta House Building (Edmonton)

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Sales Associate to support our Alberta House Building community in Edmonton. The role involves creating strong relationships with homeowners, realtors and internal teams while following Anthem’s sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Follow the Anthem sales process and partner with the Area Sales Manager.
• Maintain up‑to‑date prospecting notes and purchaser information.
• Assist with contract preparation, processing and compliance.
• Work within CMS and New Star systems.
• Liaise with Operations, Construction and Warranty teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Communicate proactively with homeowners throughout purchase and closing.
• Schedule and attend customer appointments and manage MLS listings.
• Track, log and resolve customer care issues and provide construction updates to purchasers and their realtors.

• Ability to reinforce existing relationships and keep realtors engaged.
• Understanding of the local market and competitors.
• A rolodex of realtors eager to promote Anthem projects.
• Strong people skills and appreciation for relationships.
